Truck driving is one of the most flexible career choices around! The Labor Statistics Bureau reports the average wage for a heavy tractor trailer driver; CDL Class A, around $18.24 hourly. This averages out to around $40,000 per year. Wages vary based on freight, and additional endorsements you have in addition to your CDL.

CDL training prepares you for a career as a professional truck driver. To become a truck driver an individual is required to obtain a Commercial Driver's License or CDL. The U.S. Department of Transportation; Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration division sets guidelines for CDL drivers. Additionally each state put requirements in place. In order to earn a CDL, a driver must score at least 80% accuracy on the knowledge test, and perform all of the required tasks for the skills test. Our CDL training gives the best chance of getting your CDL.
