    Do you want to work in a field that thrives on innovation, creativity and artistic expression? As a professional cosmetologist, you’ll have the opportunity to test the limits of your imagination as a master stylist, makeup artist, coloring expert or more!

    At Jolie Academy, our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive education in the cosmetology field so that you’re well prepared to pass the state board exam and begin your career as a professional cosmetologist. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on coursework, every student at Jolie will develop professional skills in:

    • Haircutting and styling
    • Hair coloring
    • Permanent waving
    • Makeup application
    • Manicuring and pedicuring

  • Barbering
    Cosmetology and Wellness

    In the barbering program at Jolie Academy, you’ll learn the fine art of clipper cutting, styling mustaches and creating the perfect straight edge razor technique – along with the business and management skills required for you to thrive in any salon or barber shop environment.

    Throughout our program, you’ll engage in a combination of theoretical and hands-on coursework to develop the skills and knowledge required to earn your professional license and begin your career after graduation. The curriculum covers all aspects of the barbering profession, with a particular emphasis on:

    • Hair cutting and styling
    • Hair coloring
    • Men’s shaving and grooming
    • Basic skin care
    • Facial massage

  • Aesthetician / Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist
    Cosmetology and Wellness

    One of the most important parts of looking and feeling your best is having healthy, radiant skin. As a licensed esthetician, you’ll have the opportunity to help others look and feel their best every day you go to work – whether you dream of becoming a makeup artist, skin care specialist, image consultant or salon owner.

    Your brighter future as a trained esthetician is just around the corner! Areas of study include:

    • Skin analysis
    • Advanced esthetics techniques
    • Makeup applications
    • Microdermabrasion
    • Hair removal techniques
    • Spa treatment procedures

Accreditation

Jolie Hair and Beauty Academy is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). NACCAS is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a national agency for the institutional accreditation of post-secondary schools and departments of cosmetology arts and sciences, including specialized schools.
