    Building Systems, Construction, and Manufacturing

    Miller-Motte College’s comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Basic Refrigeration program prepares you for a career as an HVAC professional. We combine classroom-style education with simulated on-the-job hands-on learning to prepare you for what a career servicing a variety of different types of equipment will be like once you graduate. With enrollment starting on a rolling basis every 5 weeks and programs that can be completed in 10 months, your dream career is in your near future! By the end of our program, you’ll be prepared to sit for the EPA Section 608 Technician certification.*

  • Combination Welding
    Building Systems, Construction, and Manufacturing

    Miller-Motte College’s comprehensive Combination Welding program prepares you for positions in the welding industry. We combine classroom-style education with hands-on learning to prepare you for what a career in combination welding will be like once you graduate. With enrollment starting on a rolling basis and programs that can be completed in 10 months, your dream career is in your near future! By the end of our program, you should be prepared to take welding certification exams meeting the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) standards.*

  • Dental Assisting - Associate of Applied Science
    Medicine and Health Care

    Miller-Motte College’s Dental Assisting program helps prepare you to pursue a career within dentistry. This program allows you to pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting at our North Carolina campuses or a diploma at our Tennessee campus in a flexible environment that combines in-classroom learning with hands-on experience. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5 to 10 weeks depending on location, and you can be finished with your Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting in as little as 18 months or your diploma in as little as 15 months.

    Along with classroom education, in-person students at Miller-Motte will get the opportunity to participate in a practicum where they will get hands-on training in a workplace environment to strengthen their skills.

  • Medical Clinical Assistant - Diploma
    Medicine and Health Care

    Miller-Motte College’s Medical Clinical Assisting program helps prepare you to pursue a career within healthcare. This hybri program allows you to pursue a Medical Clinical Assisting diploma or certificate in a flexible environment that combines online learning with hands-on in-person experience. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5 to 10 weeks depending on location, and you can be finished with your Medical Clinical Assisting diploma in as little as 13 to 15 months.

    Along with classroom education, students at Miller-Motte will get the opportunity to participate in an externship where they will get hands-on training in a workplace environment to strengthen their skills.
